National Windscreens has formed a partnership with Core Diagnostics to support its remote diagnostic requirements.
Core Diagnostics was identified as the most suitable partner following a thorough supplier assessment which evaluated a range of remote diagnostic providers.
Core Diagnostics will provide Cary Group UK locations with remote diagnostic support to enable ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) calibrations to be performed on vehicles that previously were outside of National Windscreens’ capabilities.
In a recent press release from National Windscreens, the company states:
The company has a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of technicians with expertise in ADAS calibrations and overall their capabilities align perfectly with our requirements and vision.
Importantly, Core Diagnostics will only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) diagnostic equipment when servicing our customers’ vehicles. This means we can now conduct OEM-standard calibrations at our branches, rather than referring customers to a third party. This will allow us to further enhance the customer experience by minimising disruption and creating a faster turnaround time.
To further strengthen our partnership, our Trainer Assessors recently spent a day with the Core Diagnostics team, participating in refresher training on ADAS calibration and gaining valuable insight into their over-the-air (OTA) calibration process.
